This project highlights a thoughtful approach to urban density in the heart of Regina. Featuring two Craftsman-inspired four-plexes, the design seamlessly integrates traditional architectural details with modern multi-family living. By utilizing a high-potential infill lot, this development maximizes land use without compromising the aesthetic integrity of the streetscape. The renderings emphasize the textured finishes and gabled rooflines characteristic of the Craftsman style, resulting in a timeless addition to the neighborhood.
