This project showcases a comprehensive exterior transformation of a commercial office building in Regina, centered on a strategic vertical expansion. Our client wanted to see the potential by adding an additional storey, we maximized the property’s square footage while reimagining the building's identity through updated, high-end finishes and a contemporary facade. A key feature of the proposed renovation was the seamless integration of a new ground-floor restaurant unit, designed to activate the streetscape and provide a vibrant amenity for both office tenants and the local community.
